12 Weeks To Higher Search Engine Ranking
Week One: 10 hours
- Research and determine the 10 search terms most critical for your business
to rank well in
- Add any and all available content to the existing html pages, add additional
pages if possible with available information about your business, optimize
each pages title, keywords, and meta tags targeting these search phrases.
- Add a links page for directories who require a link back
Week Two: 5 Hours
- Check site ranking in the top 5-10 search engines for your 10 keywords and record the results in a spreadsheet for updating.
- Register site manually with aproximately 50 search engines.
Week Three: 4 hours
- Search the web for directories of television advertising services, add agencies,
ad trackers and analysis, etc.. for places to add links to your website (every
link to your website counts as an 'importance point' for your site with google).
While this is very time consuming and tedious, the more links we can get to
your website the better the eventual result will be. also, as new sites and
directories appear on the web, they will draw content from other existing
sites. We have seen time and again a new site we had never seen before, with
a listing to our client site, because thay had 'seeded' their new site with
info from other sites. In this way, the groundwork that we lay here will continue
to work for you long after we are done working on it. We seek quality sites
strongly ranked by google related to your key search phrases, as links from
these sites will count more for you and will continue to search for sites
to add your sites link over the next 8 weeks.
Week Four: 5 hours
- Continue to search the web for quality sites to add links
- Update spreadsheet of search rank returns for your 10 key search phrases. It will be a little early to see much movement. Google typically indexes every month or so. Currently it has been 7 weeks since google updated their database and no one who knows why is talking.
- Modify your keywords, text, and page focus, and re-register your pages after
changes as needed
Week Five: 2 hours
- Continue to search the web for quality sites to add links to your website
and taking the required steps to get your link added
Week Six: 4 hours
- Continue to search the web for quality sites to add links to your website
and taking the required steps to get your link added
- Update spreadsheet of search rank returns for your 10 key search phrases
and report to you by email.
- Modify your keywords, text, and page focus, and re-register your pages after
changes as needed
Week Seven: 2 hours
- Continue to search the web for quality sites to add links to your website

Adding up the hours and dividing into $1500.00 averages about $31/hour, far below
our normal rate for hourly service. This is because you are purchasing a block
of time over several weeks and by being able to schedule in advance we can offer
this package at a reduced rate. We require 50% payment up front, 25% at 8 weeks,
and 25% upon completion
